之前看到office 2013 正式版，就赶快更新了，结果激活遇到了问题，特别是电话激活的过程中操作不到位，导致多次激活不成功，无法获取最终的激活码（确认ID）。而这个文档就是打电话的时候客服所提示的话，熟悉这个以后操作起来十分顺畅，一步到位，轻易便能够达到顺利激活的目的。希望能够给朋友们带来帮助。
